Site Location Plan And Context

 

The site is located on land east of Mansion Lane, Shredding Green, north of Thorney Business Park, Iver.

 

The Site itself extends to approximately 18ha in total and currently comprises agricultural land east of Mansion Lane (Shredding Green).

 

The proposal responds positively to draft Buckinghamshire Local Plan Policy EC5 being located in an area that benefits from existing infrastructure. The proposal also responds to emerging Policy SP4 by enhancing an existing employment area.
